Very well written book for difficult concepts.Later edit: I rented this book for my previous class, but kept it over the time because it was so pertinent to the research of my following class.Amazon did it's part to email me about the upcoming deadlines to return the book-- but I missed them. However, I am not sorry to keep this book because the information has been such a help to my professional education.
For my FNP program, the material was good, but it seems it mirrored material from another book: Health Policy: Application for Nurses. For more up to date information this book is better. Overall a waste of money to purchase because my instructor handed out slides that covered the information in the book
This is a must if you are advancing your degree because of the impact that politics has on nursing. It is something that is not thought much about with any degree less than an associate of science.
I didn't like or dislike the book. It was for a class. But delivery was quick ( much faster than the stated delivery date ) and the book was intact.

How can you use this book for a Masters class if you cannot even read what is assigned because you constantly have to find the correct page. Terrible Product.
