The story line could be much better but to a three year old she loves it. I like that I can introduce the world of superheros to my daughters without the violence. It's nice that my daughters have someone else to look up to other than princesses.
This is a good book about wonder woman for young readers. I bought it to read to my 3 year old, but I am hoping when she learn to read she will enjoy it then as well. The language is simple, but the story is interesting. It would be good for either girls or boys. I feel you can't go wrong with a pretty princess who is smart, kind, and who can kick some serious bad guy booty. I'm a big wonder woman fan and I like the way this book presents the character.
The book is fine. My daughter who is 5 and a Wonder Woman fan loved it. The only issue I had was that at the back there is a punch out tiara and bracelets so your little Wonder Woman fan can pretend to be her hero. These are garbage. I gently tried to punch them out by hand and they immediately tore. Not sure why they even bother to include this. After careful taping and using a scissors to get the rest of the pieces out it still looks like garbage (tore several more times) and that's where it went. Disappointed little kid on that front, but the book is decent.
My daughter absolutely loves this book! She loved it even more when she found the paper headband and bracelets to make her Wonder Woman. Highly recommend!
There are so few positive role models in books for young girls so I love that our daughter started getting interested in super heros vs princesses recently with the help of this book. She's 4 yrs old :)
My daughter (4) LOVES this book. We read it almost once a week. Great story, nice illustrations. Empowering girls is so important these days and this definitely helps out!
Similar to th other WW book available here in the recommendations. Short but fun, perfect for bedtime. For my 4 year neice. Full of messages for female empowerment. She'll be able to read it in her own pretty soon!
